Returns & Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day return window from the date your order is delivered.
Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- Item must be unused
- In original packaging
- In resellable condition
- Proof of purchase required
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety standards, we cannot accept returns on:
- Used baby items
- Opened hygiene-related products
- Items damaged by misuse
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
We strongly recommend tracked shipping as we are not responsible for lost returns.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 48 hours
- Provide photo evidence
Failure to report within 48 hours may affect your claim.
Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after inspection.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless legally required.
